Advent is a special season for the Church — it is the time when the world prepares to celebrate anew the coming of Christ. Often, we lose sight of the point of this season because we get caught up in our preparations for Christmas and arrive at Christmas no more transformed than we were at the start of Advent.  What does God want this Advent? Simple. He wants you. He wants a personal encounter with you. Join us!

Rejoice! Finding Your Place in the Advent Story. This year, we will explore the places, meet the people, and experience the events that shaped the first Advent, and find our place in the story. By immersing ourselves in the environment that God’s people were living in as they prepared for the Messiah, we will experience this sacred season in a new way.

Starting Nov 30, 2021 and every Tuesday during Advent at 7 P.M.  on Zoom.  To register, contact Barbara at 915-356-8586 or buffalosauce@gmail.com

Thank you to everyone who is supporting the parish financially with online giving, dropping off or mailing in offertory envelopes. Your financial support is very important at this time. For Sunday, October 17, we received $10,646 for the collection, and $340 for the Building Fund. $750 was collected for the Diocesan Priests' Retirement Fund.

Thank you for your continued giving online, mailing in your envelopes, etc. Your continued generosity is greatly appreciated.

We continue to pray for the health and safety of every one in our community. We understand the financial strain this puts on everyone, but ask you to remember St. Luke in whatever way you can during this difficult time.  While we are reducing our office hours and have cancelled ministry functions, there are still bills to pay and groups like St. Vincent de Paul to support.  There are multiple ways you can contribute.

You can set up one-time or recurring donations/Pueden hacer sus donaciones a:
